organikalife delivers to all Canadian provinces and territories, including Quebec. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
Processing and transit
We process orders in 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard transit takes 4–6 business days. Processing happens before transit; business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier disruptions or an incomplete address may affect the delivery date.
Following your parcel
When tracking is available, the dispatch confirmation provides the details. If a parcel is late, marked delivered but missing, or damaged in transit, email support@organikalife.shop with your order number so we can help investigate.

Please review the recipient name, postal code and full address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. An address change may no longer be possible once the parcel is on its way.
