organikalife displays prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). Review the checkout total, including any applicable taxes, before confirming payment. Standard shipping within Canada is free.
Available payment options
The payment methods available for your order are the options actually shown at Shopify checkout. This page does not promise acceptance of a particular card, wallet or payment service. If checkout does not offer an available payment option, contact support@organikalife.shop before trying again.
Payment questions
If a payment is declined or its status is unclear, check the details with your payment provider and contact us with your order number. Do not email a full card number, security code or banking password. A pending authorization can appear before the final transaction status is settled.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We process an approved refund within 10 business days; after issue, the provider usually takes a further 5–10 business days to display the credit. Our Refund page explains how to request a return or exchange.
