We ship throughout Canada, including Quebec and all provinces and territories.
What does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free, without a minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit then takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. We cover return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and quality issues, and provide instructions before you send the item.
When will a refund appear?
After approval, we process a refund within 10 business days. Your payment provider usually needs another 5–10 business days after issue to show the credit.
