Returns and exchanges within 30 days
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after you receive your organikalife order. This includes change-of-mind returns and items with a quality problem. We pay the return shipping costs in both cases.
Start with our support team
Email support@organikalife.shop with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, a photo can help us understand the issue. We will provide return instructions and arrange a prepaid return method. Please contact us before sending a parcel so it reaches the correct return destination.
Refund timing
We will let you know when your return has been received and reviewed. After a refund is approved, we process it within 10 business days to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider usually needs another 5–10 business days to show the credit. These are separate processing stages.
Exchanges and order changes
Tell us which replacement you would prefer. We will confirm availability and any price difference before arranging the exchange. For a cancellation or address change, contact us promptly; we will check whether the order has already been dispatched.
